With no public comment offered either by residents or by school officials, Conneaut School District Board of Directors voted to approve the district?s preliminary budget resolution Wednesday ? a spending plan that will raise taxes by 2.7 mills for the upcoming 2008-09 school year if it wins final approval June 30.
