Elks honor memory of Oliver Brown with Medal of Valor (Morning Times)

    The annual Sayre Elks Lodge No. 1148 Flag Day ceremony featured the addition of a Medal of Valor, which was presented by Elks member Mike Shaw to Susan Orchard and Robert Brown, parents of Spc. Oliver Brown, who lost his life in Operation Iraqi Freedom.
